It is ensured that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities are carried out by the Company as per DPE Guidelines and in accordance with Schedule VII referred to under section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (CSR Policy) Rules 2014 and amendments thereof; further elaborated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

CSR Activities during FY:2022-23

The CSR Thematic Project for FY:2022-23 was Health Care and Nutrition. The projects carried out in this regard were:

1. Financial assistance for “Extension of Services of Malviya Dental Implant developed in Banaras Hindu University for Faculty of Dental Sciences, Institute of Medical Sciences in Aspirational Districts of Chandauli, Sonebhadra etc.
2. Financial assistance for running expenses of underprivileged children of pathshala Hostel built for underprivileged children at Lasundra, Vadodara for Srotoshwini Trust.

The Company tied up with Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMH SSC) under National Skill Development Corporation, M/o Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, GoI for Vocational Training of women on Sewing Machines and Embroidery.

Signing of MoU between Bridge And Roof and Apparel Made-Ups and Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) for undertaking projects in FY:2022-23.

Training Centre in Lucknow for imparting "Self Employed Tailor" and "Sewing machine Operator" program.

Certificate distribution ceremony for the successful candidates, who have under gone training under the CSR initiative for FY:2021-22, through Apparel Made-Ups and Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council.
